目的:通过对门诊性病患者进行全面的心理护理与系统的健康教育,探讨对门诊性病患者不良情绪及治疗依从性的影响。方法:选取本院性病门诊2013年3月至2014年11月的200例性病患者,随机分为两组,每组100例。对照组:采用常规治疗护理;观察组:在常规治疗护理的基础上,对患者进行全面的心理护理和系统的健康教育。比较两组患者在护理前后不良情绪的变化,以及对治疗依从性的影响。结果:对照组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,虽稍有下降,但与护理前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护理后SAS及SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);性病知识掌握达标及治疗依从性好的病例数均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全面的心理护理和系统的健康教育,所有效改善门诊性病患者的不良情绪及提高其治疗依从性,更好地控制性病的社会播撒。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the impact of outpatient STD patients’ bad mood and treatment compliance by comprehensive psychological care and systematic health education for outpatients with STDs. Methods: A total of 200 STD patients from March 2013 to November 2014 in our STD clinic were selected and randomly divided into two groups (n = 100 in each group). Control group: the use of conventional treatment and care; observation group: on the basis of conventional treatment and care, patients with comprehensive psychological care and systematic health education. The changes of adverse emotions in both groups before and after nursing care were compared, and the effect on treatment compliance was compared. Results: The scores of SAS and SDS in control group decreased slightly, but there was no significant difference between before and after nursing (P> 0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The number of STD knowledge control and compliance was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive psychological care and systematic health education are all effective in improving the negative emotions of outpatients with STDs and improving their treatment adherence and better controlling the spread of sexually transmitted diseases.
