氧化物弥散相的分布对ODS镍基合金高温持久性能的影响

通过光学金相、透射电镜及电子探针等方法研究了氧化钇弥散相的分布对MGH-754合金高温持久性能的影响。结果表明,由于MA(MechanicalAlloying)工艺不完善,使合金中存在氧化钇弥散相的不均匀分布,导致细晶的产生并促进沿晶孔洞的生核及长大。通过改进MA工艺可有效地改善合金中弥散相的分布,提高合金高温持久性能。 The influence of the dispersed phase of yttrium oxide on the high temperature durability properties of MGH-754 alloy was studied by means of optical metallography, transmission electron microscopy and electron probe. The results show that due to the imperfect MA (MechanicalAlloying) technology, there is an uneven distribution of the yttrium-dispersed phase in the alloy, resulting in the formation of fine crystals and promoting nucleation and growth of crystal nuclei. By improving the MA process can effectively improve the distribution of the dispersed phase in the alloy and improve the high-temperature durability of the alloy.
