本文用弹塑性接触问题的有限元分析方法,对多层高压容器的筒体作了弹塑性及残余应力的分析,三例数值结果同解析解或实验结果基本相符。弹塑性接触问题的有限元法国内已有研究,本文的分析方法和文献(1)相比较,主要作了如下的改进:(1)采用混合法解接触问题,这样大大减少了占机器的内存量,同时缩短了解题时间,因此可在国产709机上计算一定规模的实际问题; (2)讨论了由于接触几何非线性的影响,在加载过程中可能引起的卸载问题及其处理方法;(3)分析并导出了在纯卸载情况下,弹塑性接触问题的残余应力的有限元计算式。
In this paper, the elasto-plasticity and residual stress of the cylinder of multi-layer high pressure vessel are analyzed by the finite element method of elasto-plastic contact problem. The numerical results of the three cases agree well with the analytical solutions or experimental results. The finite element method of elasto-plastic contact problem has been studied in France. Compared with literature (1), the analysis method in this paper mainly makes the following improvements: (1) The hybrid method solves the problem of contact, thus greatly reducing the memory of the machine Therefore, the actual problems of a certain scale can be calculated on domestic 709 machines. (2) The unloading problems that may be caused during the loading process and their handling methods are discussed. ( 3) Analyzed and derived the finite element formula of the residual stress of the elasto-plastic contact problem in the case of pure unloading.
