目的 了解影响厚朴中有效成分厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的不稳定因素。方法 用HPLC法测定在不同实验条件下 ,厚朴SFE CO2 萃取物中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量 ;用加速实验测定有效期。结果 厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的有效期 (2 5℃ )分别为 387d和 4 76d。结论 温度是影响厚朴酚、和厚朴酚有效期的最主要因素 ,降解符合一级速度反应。
Objective To understand the destabilizing factors affecting the effective components of honokiol in honokiol and honokiol. Methods HPLC method was used to determine the content of magnolol and honokiol in the extracts of Magnolia officinalis SFE CO2 under different experimental conditions. The acceleration period was used to determine the effective period. Results The effective periods of honokiol and honokiol (25 °C) were 387d and 4 76d, respectively. Conclusion Temperature is the most important factor affecting the effective period of honokiol and honokiol. The degradation is consistent with the first-order velocity response.
