目的:优选广玉兰种籽油的超声提取工艺。方法:以得油率为评价指标,以液固比、超声温度、超声时间为考察因素,采用响应面法优选超声提取工艺。结果:优选的提取工艺为液固比25∶1(ml/g),超声温度为40℃,超声时间为30 min。结论:所选工艺合理、可行,可用于广玉兰种籽油的提取;所建立的数学模型与试验观察数据相符。
Objective: To optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of magnolia seed oil. Methods: Taking the oil rate as the evaluation index, taking liquid to solid ratio, ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time as the investigation factors, the response surface method was used to optimize the ultrasonic extraction process. Results: The optimal extraction process was liquid-solid ratio 25: 1 (ml / g), ultrasonic temperature 40 ℃ and ultrasonic time 30 min. Conclusion: The selected process is reasonable and feasible, which can be used for the extraction of Magnolia grandiflorum seed oil. The mathematical model is consistent with the experimental observation data.
