传统板类零件角部成形工艺工序繁琐且成本较高。文章针对这些缺点,提出角部拉深成形新方法;设计了某板类零件角成形模具结构。该模具包括角部拉深成形结构与余料裁剪结构。利用DYNAFORM5.6软件对厚度为1mm的铝合金方板的角部成形过程进行模拟与实验,结果显示,采用角部成形新方法无需在板料两邻边开槽,即可一次拉深成形角部,而且可省去后续焊接、打磨等工序,生产效率大大提高;成形角部无褶皱,外表光滑美观。
Traditional plate parts corner forming process complicated and costly process. In view of these shortcomings, the paper proposed a new method of corner forming, and designed the corner forming die structure of some board parts. The mold includes a corner deep drawing structure and a residual material cutting structure. DYNAFORM5.6 software was used to simulate and test the corner forming process of the aluminum alloy square plate with a thickness of 1mm. The results show that the new corner forming method can be used for forming the corner Ministry, but also eliminates the need for follow-up welding, grinding and other processes, greatly improving production efficiency; forming corner no wrinkles, the appearance of smooth appearance.
