5-溴-PADAP与铌、钽的显色反应,文献中已有报导。但应用双波长吸光光度法进行研究尚未见有报导。本文研究了用双波长法测定单组分的铌、钽以及铌、钽混合组分中测定钽的方法。实验证明:在所研究体系的情况下单波长法测定铌的ε~(605)=6.85×10~4,而用双波长法的灵敏度是单波长法的1.5倍;单波长法测定钽的ε~(555)=2.85×10~4,而双波长法的灵敏度为单波长法的2.2倍。本文还用双波长吸光光度法消除了铌对钽测定的干扰。一试剂与仪器 Nb_2O 5标准液:100μg ml~(-1),准确称取灼烧过的Nb_2O_5 25毫克于瓷坩埚中,加焦硫酸钾1克,放入高温炉中升温至700℃熔融。如干涸,取出加硫酸数滴熔融。取出冷却后放入100毫升烧杯中,加酒石酸(15%)50毫升,加热提取,洗净坩埚,煮沸。冷却后移入250;毫升量瓶中,用煮沸后冷却的水冲稀至刻度。
The color reaction of 5-bromo-PADAP with niobium and tantalum has been reported in the literature. However, the application of dual-wavelength absorption spectrophotometry has not been reported. In this paper, the method for the determination of tantalum in monocomponent niobium, tantalum and niobium and tantalum mixtures by dual wavelength method is studied.
