素质教育提了二十多年,喊得很响,但收效甚微,学生的体质、耐挫性、自主能力、合作意识和能力等不但没有提高,反而有些下降。为了使素质教育能真正落到实处,本文提出了家庭教育不得不承担素质教育责任的观点。分析了家庭教育承担素质教育主要责任的必要性和可行性;指出了制约家庭教育承担素质教育主要责任的主要瓶颈;提出了突破瓶颈的对策。
Quality education was raised for more than 20 years and shouted loudly but with little success. Students’ physique, frustration, autonomy, sense of cooperation and ability not only failed to improve, but declined somewhat. In order to make quality education truly implementable, this paper puts forward the view that family education has to bear the responsibility of quality education. Analyzes the necessity and feasibility of family education taking primary responsibility for quality education; points out the main bottleneck that restricts family education from assuming primary responsibility for quality education; and proposes countermeasures to break the bottleneck.
