高血压脑出血(以下简称脑出血)是当前我国老年人口重要死因之一。其发病和死亡既有生理、病理和社会等方面的原因,也有环境气象因子的影响。60年代以来的研究,多认为其发病与寒冷有一定的关系。但对脑出血死亡和气象的关系则报道极少。本文将福州市1986~1988年1096天的逐日气象资料和同期福州市3个城区72万人口的脑出血死亡病例资料,在微型计算机上,采取逐步回归和非条件Logistic回归分析法,探讨该地区脑出血死亡与气象因子的关系。
Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (hereinafter referred to as cerebral hemorrhage) is one of the important causes of death of the elderly in our country. Its morbidity and mortality both physiological, pathological and social reasons, but also the impact of environmental meteorological factors. Research since the 1960s, and more that its incidence and cold have a certain relationship. However, the relationship between death from cerebral hemorrhage and meteorology is rarely reported. In this paper, the daily meteorological data of 1096 days from 1986 to 1988 in Fuzhou City and the death of cerebral hemorrhage from 720,000 population in three urban districts of Fuzhou in the same period were collected on a microcomputer, and then were analyzed by stepwise regression and non-conditional Logistic regression analysis.
