目的:研究观察甲钴胺、叶酸治疗对2型糖尿病伴高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHE)患者血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法:将120例2型糖尿病伴高同型半胱氨酸血症患者随机分为4组,每组30人:对照组(Ⅰ)、甲钴胺治疗组(Ⅱ)、叶酸治疗组(Ⅲ)、甲钴胺、叶酸联合治疗组(Ⅳ)。4周后再次测量受试患者血同型半胱氨酸浓度,并进行统计学分析。结果:与治疗前相比,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组3个治疗组血Hcy水平均有显著下降,差异有统计学意义。Ⅳ组Hcy降低率较Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组更明显,差异有显著统计学意义。结论:甲钴胺、叶酸治疗可显著降低血Hcy水平,两者联合用药效果更显著。
Objective: To investigate the effects of mecobalamin and folic acid on blood homocysteine (Hcy) level in type 2 diabetic patients with hyperhomocysteinemia (HHE). Methods: A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperhomocysteinemia were randomly divided into 4 groups (n = 30): control group (Ⅰ), mecobalamin treatment group (Ⅱ) and folic acid treatment group (Ⅲ) , Mecobalamin, folic acid combined treatment group (Ⅳ). Four weeks later, the plasma concentrations of homocysteine in the test subjects were measured and statistically analyzed. Results: Compared with those before treatment, the levels of blood Hcy in group Ⅱ, group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant. The reduction of Hcy in group Ⅳ was more obvious than that in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Mecobalamin and folic acid treatment can significantly reduce blood Hcy levels, the combination of the two drugs more effective.
