目的探讨使用中消毒剂75%酒精浓度的2种测定方法,并考察2种方法测定结果的差异性和实际应用问题。方法利用气相色谱法和比重法直接测定乙醇浓度,用统计学方法分析处理数据。结果气相色谱法测定的RSD为1.09%,加标回收率为99.3%;比重法测定的RSD为0.06%,加标回收率为101.0%。2法测定结果经t检验,可认为差异有统计学意义(t=5.74>t0.05(25)=2.06,P<0.05)。结论使用中消毒剂酒精浓度的范围较宽(65%~75%)之间,2法均可用于测定,比重法与气相色谱法相比具有分析速度快、重现性好、操作简单、无消耗等特点,更适合于基层单位和医院检测使用,但结果粗略,精确度较差。
