本文讨论了萘系高效能减水剂(NNO,UNE及其改性剂)和普通减水剂(木钙)对引气混凝土抗冻性的影响。资料指出,掺减水剂的引气混凝土,在保持与基准组(引气混凝土)水灰比相同的试验条件下,减水剂显示了能提高抗冻性的效果,而在保持与基准组水泥用量相同的试验条件下,减水剂未能显示提高抗冻性的效果。笔者认为,减水剂能否提高引气混凝土的抗冻性,目前尚难定论。初步认为,减水剂能提高贫混凝土的抗冻性,但不能提高富混凝土的抗冻性。这一课题无论在技术上和理论上,还是在试验方法和技巧上都有待进一步深入研。
This paper discusses the effects of naphthalene-based high-performance water reducers (NNO, UNE and its modifiers) and common water reducers (wood calcium) on the freeze-thaw resistance of air-entrained concrete. According to the data, the water-reducing agent-incorporated air-entraining concrete, under the same test conditions as the water-cement ratio of the baseline group (air-entrained concrete), shows that the water-reducing agent can improve the frost-resistance effect, while maintaining the reference group. With the same amount of cement, the water-reducing agent did not show the effect of improving the frost resistance. The author believes that whether the water reducing agent can improve the frost resistance of air-entrained concrete is still difficult to determine. Initially, it is believed that the water reducer can improve the frost resistance of poor concrete, but it cannot improve the frost resistance of rich concrete. This subject has to be further studied both technically and theoretically, as well as in test methods and techniques.
