为解决飞机在使用过程中出现的驾驶舱通风管路塌陷脱落问题。该文通过故障树分析方法,全面分析通风主管路材料、设计样式、安装方式及工作环境等影响空调管路的各种因素,寻找导致管路出现此类问题的相关因素,最终得出优化管路的建议:将配平空气管路改为格栅形式,增大接触面积,降低温度;使用耐高温材料,提高产品使用温度;重新确认维修检查要求,降低失效风险,优化操作使用程序等,分析结果为进一步改进管路设计提供参考。
