目的 探讨颞下颌关节盘中弹力纤维在关节盘前移位后的动态变化。方法 日本大白兔 2 8只 ,8只用于实验对照 ,2 0只用于建立右关节盘前移位动物模型。分别于术后 2周、4周、6周、8周和 12周各处死 4只实验动物 ,作组织化学检查。结果 实验组中双板区的弹力纤维在盘前移位后出现纤维数量下降及排列紊乱。 2周时可见丛状弹力纤维 ;4周时弹力纤维数量明显下降 ,丛状排列消失 ,纤维断裂 ;6周时弹力纤维扭曲或断裂成粗黑点 ;8周时纤维数量进一步减少 ,排列明显紊乱 ;10周和 12周与 8周相似。结论 关节盘前移位后双板区弹力纤维的功能、分布和排列均发生了变化。
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of elastic fibers in the disc of temporomandibular joint after disc displacement. Methods Japanese rabbits (28 rabbits) were used for experimental control and 20 rabbits were used to establish the right anterior disc pre-displacement animal model. Four experimental animals were sacrificed at 2, 4, 6, 8 and 12 weeks postoperatively for histochemical examination. Results In the experimental group, the elastic fibers in the double-decked area showed a decrease in the number of fibers and disordered alignment after being displaced in front of the disk. At 4 weeks, the number of elastic fibers decreased significantly, the arrangement of fibers disappeared and the fibers were broken. At 6 weeks, the elastic fibers were distorted or broken into rough spots. At 8 weeks, the number of fibers was further reduced and the arrangement was obviously disordered ; 10 weeks and 12 weeks and 8 weeks similar. Conclusion The function, distribution and permutation of elastic fibers in the bifacial region after joint anterior displacement have changed.
