用市售花鲜剂(Cut-flowernutriments)、可利鲜(Chrysal)和自配保鲜剂对香石竹鲜切花瓶(泥)插的综合保鲜效果进行了对比试验。切花外部形态、生理效应及保鲜液变化的连续测定结果表明:3种保鲜剂对香石竹鲜切花均具有良好的保鲜效果,但两种市售剂优于自配剂;瓶插寿命和花径达到的最大值可利鲜稍强于花鲜剂;促进开放速度和泥插寿命二者不相上下;连续使用效果和自然抗菌力花鲜剂优于可利鲜。
Comparative tests were carried out on the fresh keeping effect of fresh cut vase (cuttings) of cut carnation with Cut-flowernutriments, Chrysal and self-formulated preservatives. The results of continuous determination of external morphology, physiological effects and change of preservation solution showed that all the three kinds of preservatives had good preservation effect on fresh cut flowers of carnation, but the two commercial agents were better than self-formulated agents. The bottle life and flower diameter The maximum value achievable is slightly better than that of fresh flower agent; the speed of opening up and the life of mud plug are comparable to each other; the effect of continuous use and natural antibacterial agent are superior to fresh and delicious.
