企业非市场战略是企业战略的重要组成部分。通过采取多种非市场战略,可以有效影响政府政策的制定,获取有利的经营环境。中外企业在非市场战略方面存在着重要的差异,因此,不能照搬照抄国外企业的非市场战略,而应该综合分析制度环境和国内外行业背景因素,结合企业自身情况,在法律框架内建立适合于企业经营环境的非市场战略体系。
Enterprise non-market strategy is an important part of business strategy. By adopting a variety of non-market strategies, it is possible to effectively influence the formulation of government policies and obtain a favorable business environment. Chinese and foreign enterprises have important differences in non-market strategies. Therefore, they can not copy the non-market strategies of copying foreign enterprises. Instead, they should synthetically analyze the institutional environment and the background of domestic and international industries, combine with their own conditions, establish a legal framework suitable for Non-market strategy system of business environment.
