为了解决老式检测器探头耐磨层在检测工程中存在的问题,避免因其损坏而造成检测数据失效,对3种改造方案进行对比分析,得出氧化锆陶瓷片具有耐磨性强、对信号采集无影响等优点。国家工程实验室的动态实验结果证明:采用氧化锆陶瓷片作为耐磨层的新探头,其耐磨性能及抗疲劳失效能力较老探头均有很大提高。经过探头耐磨层改造的检测器成功应用于东莞成品油管道检测项目,在完成了161 km管道检测任务后,探头无损坏,检测数据完好,为类似探头的改造提供了依据。
