目的:通过改变造影剂注射速率的方式,进行多排螺旋CT直接法下腔静脉成像并对图像质量的优劣对比,寻找造影剂速率的最佳注射方案。方法:采用Siemens公司的64排螺旋CT,对临床疑诊疾为下腔静脉疾病的患者30例行直接法多排螺旋CT下腔静脉扫描,随机分为5组,在相同造影剂浓度(1︰4)、液体量(单侧液体量200 m L)、延迟扫描时间(30 s)及不结扎下肢浅静脉等同一条件下,每组造影剂注射速率分别采用2.5,3.0,3.5,4.0和4.5 m L/s,比较各组图像质量优劣。结果:所有患者均顺利完成检查,秩和检验各组间图像质量不完全相同(χ~2=21.254,P<0.001),3.5~4.0 m L/s造影剂注射速率的图像质量主要为良及以上,达到临床诊断要求,为最佳流速范围。两组间行χ~2检验,χ~2=1.588,P>0.05,两组间图像质量总体分布无显著差异。结论:下腔静脉多排螺旋CT直接法成像切实可行,在相同造影剂浓度(1︰4)、液体量(单侧液体量200 m L)、延迟扫描时间(30 s)、不结扎下肢浅静脉等条件下,最佳造影剂注射速率3.5~4.0 m L/s。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the quality of inferior vena cava (IVC) with multi-slice spiral CT by changing the injection rate of contrast media and find the optimal injection protocol for contrast agent rate. Methods: Siemens 64-slice spiral CT was used to screen 30 cases of suspected IVC disease by direct multi-slice spiral CT vena cava venography. The data were randomly divided into 5 groups. At the same contrast agent concentration : 4), liquid volume (unilateral liquid volume 200 m L), delayed scan time (30 s) and the same conditions without ligating the superficial veins of the limbs, the injection rates of each contrast agent were respectively 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 m L / s, comparing the quality of each group of images. Results: The images of all the patients were successfully completed and the image quality was not identical among the groups (χ ~ 2 = 21.254, P <0.001). The image quality of injection rate of 3.5 ~ 4.0 m L / s was mainly good Above, meet the clinical diagnosis request, is the best flow rate range.
