采用正交法设计了LD10(2014)铝合金的热处理工艺方案,按设计方案进行了热处理试验和力学性能测试,并运用金相、透射电镜等手段研究了固溶时间、时效温度和时效时间影响LD10铝合金力学性能的微观机制,找到了LD10铝合金的最佳热处理工艺制度。结果表明,采用新的热处理工艺制度对LD10铝合金进行热处理后,该合金的σ_(?)、σ_(0.2)、δ分别达到400~500 MPa、450~490MPa、10~12%,与国家标准相比,强度提高20~30%,塑性提高30~40%。还对新热处理工艺提高性能的机理作了探讨。
The heat treatment process of LD10 (2014) aluminum alloy was designed by orthogonal test. The heat treatment test and mechanical property test of LD10 (2014) aluminum alloy were carried out. The effects of solution time, aging temperature and aging time were studied by means of metallography and TEM. LD10 aluminum alloy mechanical properties of the micro-mechanism to find the optimal heat treatment process LD10 aluminum alloy system. The results show that the σ_ (σ), σ_ (0.2) and δ of the alloy are 400 ~ 500 MPa, 450 ~ 490 MPa and 10 ~ 12% respectively after the heat treatment of LD10 aluminum alloy with the new heat treatment process system. Compared to the strength increased by 20 to 30%, plastic increased by 30 to 40%. The new heat treatment process to improve the performance of the mechanism are discussed.
