通过分析地球物理仪器和C8051F320单片机的结构特点,探讨了C8051F320单片机在地球物理仪器中的应用。C8052F320单片机不仅配置灵活,还集成了多种模拟和数字外设,开发设计方便。根据地球物理仪器的基本原理给出了系统的设计框图,详细探讨了电源电路和复位电路的设计。利用片内温度传感器和10位带模拟多路器的模数转换器ADC(Analogto Digital Converter)能够实现对系统温度的监测。集成的通用串行总线USB(Universal SerialBus)功能控制器和软件包使得无需专门的硬件技术就能方便的实现USB(Universal Serial Bus)总线传输;利用可编程计数器阵列PCA(Programmable Counter Array)的16位脉宽调制PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)方式控制输出电压的幅值和频率,从而使电法仪达到测量的目的。同时设计的基于C8051F320单片机的超声波测距仪,在提高测距精度的同时实现了USB(Universal Serial Bus)总线传输,具有一定的参考价值。
By analyzing the structure characteristics of Geophysical instruments and C8051F320 singlechip, the paper discusses the application of C8051F320 singlechip in geophysical instruments. C8052F320 single-chip configuration is not only flexible, but also integrates a variety of analog and digital peripherals, development and design convenience. According to the basic principles of geophysical instruments, the system design block diagram is given, and the design of power supply circuit and reset circuit is discussed in detail. The system temperature can be monitored using an on-chip temperature sensor and 10 analog to digital converters (ADCs) with analog multiplexers. The integrated Universal Serial Bus (USB) controller and software package make it easy to implement USB (Universal Serial Bus) bus transfers without the need for specialized hardware technologies. The Programmable Counter Array (PCA) Bit PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) mode to control the output voltage amplitude and frequency, so that the electrical instrument to achieve the purpose of measurement. At the same time designed based on C8051F320 SCM ultrasonic range finder to improve the accuracy of the distance while achieving the USB (Universal Serial Bus) bus transmission, has a certain reference value.
