在超声作用条件下以复合电镀法制备了Ni-ZrO_2纳米复合镀层,用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜分别对镀层的结晶取向和表面形貌等微观结构进行了分析,并对镀层的显微硬度进行了测试。结果表明:与不加超声相比,在超声作用下制备的Ni-ZrO_2纳米复合镀层也在(2 0 0)晶面形成择优取向,但其晶面相对织构系数明显提高,达到93%;由于超声强力搅拌和超声空化效应,在超声作用下制备的Ni-ZrO_2纳米复合镀层的晶粒尺寸细小、组织均匀致密;其显微硬度较高,达到602 HV,比无超声(497 HV)时的有大幅度提高。
The Ni-ZrO 2 nano-composite coatings were prepared by composite electroplating under the action of ultrasound.
