应用7CrSiMnMoV火焰淬火冷作模具钢制造各类冷冲模具,采用火焰表面加热空冷淬火工艺,可获得和整体加热淬火相近的各种性能及比T1OA钢高1~2倍的使用寿命。本文对火焰表面淬火工艺方法及各性能参数进行了试验研究,证明7CrSiMnMoV钢火焰淬火操作方便、工艺与质量稳定,可使模具制造周期缩短5~10%,成本降低10~20%,热处理能源节省80%左右,制造各类模具能保证最后热处理尺寸精度,勿需再进行其他修、磨加工。
Application 7CrSiMnMoV flame quenching cold work die steel manufacturing various types of cold stamping die, the use of flame surface heating air-cooled quenching process, get the overall heating and quenching similar performance and higher than T1OA steel 1 to 2 times the service life. In this paper, the flame quenching process and performance parameters of the experimental study proves that 7CrSiMnMoV steel flame quenching convenient operation, quality and process stability, mold manufacturing cycle can be shortened 5 to 10%, the cost reduction of 10 to 20%, heat treatment energy saving About 80%, to create all kinds of molds to ensure the final dimensional accuracy of heat treatment, no need for further repair, grinding process.
