党的十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》(以下简称《决定》),是指导未来中国改革发展的宏伟蓝图。下面结合对《决定》和习近平总书记重要讲话的学习,谈一些初步体会。一、《决定》的主要着力点概括来说,《决定》的着力点在于,为未来中国创造了三个力:定力、活力与合力。
The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Government on Several Important Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of Reform” (the “Decision”), passed by the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, is a grand blueprint for guiding the reform and development of China in the future.
