Stock option is the incentive mechanism applicable to the managers of high-growth enterprises under the condition of stock market effectiveness and macroeconomic recovery and rapid development. At present, the specific national conditions in our country are quite different from those of many countries that have successfully implemented stock options. Some of the existing practices have also undergone various “improvements” in the existing conditions in China, which are immature and not standardized.
