应用气固顶空-气相色谱法测定卫生护垫、纸尿裤、卫生巾等一次性卫生用品中残留环氧乙烷的含量。样品经剪碎后,在60℃下加热30min,并取顶空气体进气相色谱以氢火焰离子化检测器进行检测。以基体匹配校正法有效消除基质效应。在卫生护垫、纸尿裤、卫生巾基质中,环氧乙烷的质量均在2~120μg范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)均为3μg·g-1。方法应用于一次性卫生用品的测定,加标回收率在89.5%~105%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.3%~2.9%之间。
Determination of residual ethylene oxide in disposable hygiene products such as sanitary pads, diapers, sanitary napkins and the like by gas-solid headspace-gas chromatography.
