Take two 250mL Erlenmeyer flasks. One was filled with carbon dioxide gas and the other was air. Using a single hole rubber plug attached to a thermometer, plug the bottle mouths and place them close to each other on a laboratory table. At the bottom of the conical flask, place a black board or cardboard with an area larger than the bottom of the two conical flasks. Convection lamp with a power of 100W was evenly illuminated above the conical flask and the temperature inside the bottle was observed. After 1 minute to 2 minutes, the temperature in the Erlenmeyer flask containing carbon dioxide was higher by 7°C to 8°C in the adjacent bottle.
