通过设置实验班和对照班,运用卡特尔16PF问卷对中学生生命化教育干预实验前后人格个性特征进行测试,探讨体育生命化教育干预对中学生人格的影响。结果发现,实验班学生的人格在乐群性、有恒性、敏感性、独立性、紧张性方面与对照班有显著性差异;在敢为性、自律性方面与对照班有极其显著性差异,表明体育生命化教育对中学生人格完善具有良好作用。
By setting the experimental class and the control class, we use the Cartel 16PF questionnaire to test the personality traits of personality before and after the experiment of life education for secondary school students to explore the influence of physical education for life on the personality of secondary school students. The results showed that the personality of the students in the experimental class was significantly different from that of the control class in the aspects of music group, constant sex, sensitivity, independence and stress. In the aspects of dare to be sex and self-discipline, there was extremely significant difference with the control class, It shows that sports education for life has a good effect on improving the personality of middle school students.
