为了贯彻中央关于生态建设的重要指示精神，作者于１９９８年３月～８月对全省直属八大森林经营局和重点林区县的国有林场进行了天然林保护工程专题调查研究。本文对国有天然林经营现状、存在问题及实施保护工程措施提出了具体意见。
In order to carry out the important directives of the Central Government on ecological construction, the author conducted a special survey on natural forest protection projects in the eight major forest management bureaus directly under the province and state-owned forest farms in key forestry districts from March to August 1998. In this paper, we put forward specific opinions on the current status of state-owned natural forest management, existing problems and implementation of protection measures.
