搬迁企业职工的思想波动较大,特别是青年职工。其中一部分人对于企业的搬迁、未来发展方向甚至自己未来的发展方向产生怀疑,甚至丧失斗志。鉴于此,本文对深入分析了搬迁企业青年职工思想误区,并有针对性地提出了解决对策,以期对实践工作提供有益参考。
The idea of relocating enterprise workers fluctuated greatly, especially for young workers. Some of them are skeptical about the relocation of enterprises, their future development direction and even their own future development direction, and even lose their fighting spirit. In view of this, this paper analyzes the misunderstanding of the relocation of young workers in-depth, and put forward solutions to solve the problems in order to provide useful reference for the practice.
