探讨输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管结石并输尿管狭窄的方法及疗效。方法:2007年8月～2010年7月采用输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管结石并输尿管狭窄患者33例,其中男18例,女15例,平均年龄41.2岁。手术时间40～110 min,平均53 min。结果:术后平均住院4.1天。29例术后随访3～12个月,平均6个月。拔出双J管后3个月复查B超、IVU,26例治愈,治愈率89.7%(26/29)。结论:输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管结石并输尿管狭窄安全、高效、微创,并发症少。
To investigate the ureteroscopic holmium laser treatment of ureteral calculi and ureteral stricture method and efficacy. Methods: From August 2007 to July 2010, 33 patients with ureteral stones and ureteral stricture were treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser, including 18 males and 15 females, with an average age of 41.2 years. Surgery time 40 ~ 110 min, an average of 53 min. Results: The average postoperative hospital stay was 4.1 days. 29 cases were followed up for 3 to 12 months with an average of 6 months. Pull out the double J tube 3 months after the review of B-, IVU, 26 cases of cure, the cure rate was 89.7% (26/29). Conclusion: Ureteroscopic holmium laser treatment of ureteral calculi and ureteral stricture safe, efficient, minimally invasive, less complications.
