在乒乓球教学中,一直存在诸多不利的客观因素直接或间接的影响着实际的教学效果。从主观的角度来说,高校学生在日常的训练中,往往因为个人情绪的变化,导致身体的灵活度受到影响,无论是在比赛中还是在日常的训练中,都会表现出较多的问题。经过研究发现,乒乓球教学需要根据学生的实际训练方式和个人的能力,为其开展目标定向,通过目标设置理论,为乒乓球学生制定有效的目标,以此来减少主观因素的影响,充分发挥个人的特长和日常训练的效果。日后,应进一步加强目标定向及目标设置理论在乒乓球教学中的应用。
In table tennis teaching, there are always many unfavorable objective factors that directly or indirectly affect the actual teaching effect. From a subjective point of view, college students often experience physical flexibility due to changes in their personal emotions during their daily training. They show more problems both in the competition and in their daily training. After research, it is found that the teaching of table tennis needs to target its students according to their actual training methods and personal abilities, set effective targets for table tennis students through target setting theory so as to reduce the influence of subjective factors and give full play to Personal strengths and the effect of daily training. In the future, the application of goal orientation and goal setting theory in table tennis teaching should be further strengthened.
