我所在深圳市政府和注册会计师协会的大力支持下,于1996年2月在原深圳市中允会计师事务所的基础上,率先改制为合伙制的深圳正风利富会计师事务所。 我所的前身原深圳中允会计师事务所是挂靠于行政单位的一个小型会计师事务所,改制前从业人员10余人,年业务收入100万元左右。改制后的正风利富会计师事务所现有合伙人2人,注册资本200万元,从业人员近50人。 由于改制前事务所挂靠于行政单位,或多或少会受到一些行政干预,注册会计师的积极性无法充分调动起来,风险意识也不很强,也未确立长远的发展目标。改制后,明确了权责关系,注册会计师有了自己真正意义上的客观、公正、独立的身份,事务所也有了独立自主的经营管理权。主要表现在: (一)确立高起点、高水平、大规模发
With the strong support of Shenzhen Municipal Government and CPA, in February 1996, based on the former Shenzhen Zhongxun Certified Public Accountants, Shenzhen Zhengfeng Li & F Co., Ltd., the partner company, was the first to be converted into a partnership. My predecessor, former Shenzhen Zhongxun Certified Public Accountants, is a small accounting firm affiliated to the administrative unit. Before the reform, there were more than 10 employees and the annual business income was about 1 million yuan.
