远程控制终端阀室大多位置偏僻,特别是我国西部,昼夜温差较大,经常造成RTU阀室冬季温度过低。主要原因是阀室内没有足够热量,仅靠设备运行产生的热量,不足以维持PLC控制柜的最低运行温度,因此需要使用外供热源。在PLC控制柜底部安装两片30W加热片,RTU阀室温度明显提升,PLC控制柜内的温度由0℃左右提升至6℃。若将加热片数量增至10片,控制室的温度可以恒定在10℃,从而可以彻底消除PLC在低温下工作效率低、甚至停止工作的风险。
