再生障碍性贫血的发病机理与免疫损伤有密切关系。Asconson等发现部分患者骨髓中出现抑制性淋巴细胞,该细胞能抑制正常人粒细胞系统和红细胞系统的增殖。为探讨免疫紊乱与再生障碍性贫血的关系,我们采用抗人淋巴细胞单克隆抗体OKT系列,以间接免疫荧光法,检测28例再生障碍性贫血患者末梢血中的T细胞亚群,并与年龄、性别相似的正常人27例进行比较。
The pathogenesis of aplastic anemia and immune damage are closely related. Asconson et al. Found that in some patients, inhibitory lymphocytes appeared in the bone marrow, which can inhibit the proliferation of normal human granulocyte and erythrocyte systems. To investigate the relationship between immune disorder and aplastic anemia, we used OKT series of anti-human lymphocyte monoclonal antibody to detect the T cell subsets in peripheral blood of 28 patients with aplastic anemia by indirect immunofluorescence, , 27 cases of normal gender similar to be compared.
