OBJECTIVE: To analyze the prevalence of HIV high risk behaviors in Shanghai and the HIV positive screening ratios of various high-risk behaviors by analyzing 2 640 cases of voluntary HIV antibody detection in our hospital. Methods: Rapid detection of HIV antibody in 2 640 volunteers was performed, and the results of preliminary screening were obtained. The relevant information of each subject was also collected. Results: Statistics showed that the top 3 causes of free testing among 2 640 subjects were heterosexual behavior (1 524 cases, 57.73%), men and the same sex behavior (434 cases, 16.44%) and other Case, 10.30%). HIV-positive mothers (21.43%), transfusions (16.22%), male and female were same-sex behavior (10.14%) and spouse HIV-positive (7.81% . A total of 154 cases (5.83%) had positive HIV screening results with a mean age of 37 years. The main high-risk behaviors were heterosexual behavior (45.00%) and male and female (36.67%), and female (34 cases). The most common high-risk behaviors were HIV positive for spouse (38.24%) and heterosexual behavior 35.29%). CONCLUSIONS: The proportion of MSM behaviors at high risk of HIV transmission has risen rapidly in recent years, with a younger age group and a highly educated education status. Different high-risk behaviors have different risks of transmitting HIV, and the epidemic in some high-risk groups is especially serious. Positive HIV positive among spouses of female HIV positive screening population has become one of the most important high-risk behaviors, suggesting that HIV transmission among spouses is also the focus of prevention and treatment in the future.
