本实验对番茄组织培养过程中分化产生的愈伤组织、根、芽、茎、叶等进行了过氧化物酶同工酶分析,并以生长15-20天的正常番茄苗的根、茎、叶材料作为对照。结果表明,组培植物的过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱与对照有较明显变化,组培材料酶谱带染色较深,其中根中A—3—α,B—1—α带,愈伤组织的A—3—α带显示最深,组培叶显示了17条带,而对照叶仅显示了5条带;茎显示17条带,而对照显示6条带,尤其是组培材料均显示出B—3带,而对照材料没有此条带.上述结果对探讨组织培养过程中分化的生理基础具有一定意义.
In this experiment, peroxidase isoenzyme analysis was conducted on the callus, root, bud, stem, leaf and so on during differentiation of tomato tissue culture.
