品质管理圈简称为品管圈(QCC),指在一个工作单位内,或是工作性质相关的人员自发组织起来的小组来进行品质管理活动[1]。门诊药房是医院对外的服务窗口,其药学服务质量高低直接影响到患者的满意度和医院的竞争力[2]。如何调整和维护药患关系一直是药学工作者关注的重点。2015年6月我院门诊药房引进了QCC管理,旨在降低门诊药房的发药差错率,通过QCC管理来找出发药差错的原因和解决方法,提 Quality Management Circle (QCC), referred to as Quality Control Circle (QCC), refers to the quality management activities carried out by a group of spontaneous organizations within a work unit or a group of people who are related to the nature of work. Outpatient pharmacy is the service window of the hospital, the quality of its pharmaceutical services directly affects the patient’s satisfaction and the hospital’s competitiveness [2]. How to adjust and maintain the relationship between drug patients and patients has always been the focus of pharmacy workers.
