市场营销一个与实践高度结合的专业,同时又具有较强实用性的学科门类,所以对于学习此专业的学生来说,积极参与实践是一项重要的学习任务,这不仅是市场营销专业教学的重要环节,而且也是提高学生能力的重要途径,但是在学生实习的过程中,企业支付的劳动报酬较低,而学校却将这项实践学习变为赚钱工具,从而导致学生实习期间对企业的忠诚度受到影响,实习生也没有在相应的岗位上获得实践能力的提高。本文从企业的视角出发,分析学生顶岗实习中出现的问题,然后提出对应的改进措施。
