本文针对目前连杆机构再现轨迹优化设计中数学模型的一些不足之处,提出连杆曲线与给定轨迹曲线在逼近过程中,应当沿着曲线的法线方向。按照这一观点,将平面连杆机构再现轨迹问题归纳为两类:一类是给出曲线方程为理想轨迹,另一类是给出一系列点的坐标为理想轨迹,并分别以ZY—35型液压支架的连杆机构和装载机的扒取机构为设计对象,进行了优化设计,取得了令人满意的结果。
In this paper, some shortcomings of the mathematical model in the optimal trajectory design of link mechanism are pointed out. It is suggested that the connecting rod curve and the given trajectory curve should follow the normal direction of the curve in the process of approximation. According to this view, the trajectory problems of planar linkage mechanism are summarized into two types: the first one gives the curve equation as the ideal trajectory, and the second one gives the coordinates of a series of points as the ideal trajectory, and respectively takes ZY-35 Type hydraulic support connecting rod mechanism and loaders picking mechanism for the design object, optimized design, and achieved satisfactory results.
