体育教研——规范务实为本

体育教研员顾名思义也就是从事体育教育教学研究的人员,他们在促进学校体育发展和教师专业化提高中发挥着重要的作用。在新一轮课程改革中,教研员的角色发生了较大的转变,教研员已经由原来的国家课程标准的诠释者逐渐转向学习者、研究者,教研员对课程资源的占有优势也在减弱;另外,还有个别地区的体育教研员,不是搞教学研究,更像是行政管理人员,工作随波逐流,对于体育课程改革如何深化、教学质量如何提高等等与一线教师主要相关的问题关注度不够。因此,对体育教研员的职责进行重新审视就显得十分必要。本期专题讨论分别约稿省级、地级市、县级市、区、兼职教研员撰稿进行专题讨论。这些教研员都是各级别教研员的优秀代表,工作认真负责,理论水平高,在所属区域对促进学校体育发展和教师专业化提高发挥了重要的作用。同时,也选取了部分一线教师的自然来稿,稿件从一线教师的角度阐述并审视了教研员的职责,提出一线教师合理的建议。通过本期专题讨论,将使教研员的职责更为清晰。《义务教育体育与健康课程标准》(2011年版)已经颁布,如何针对课标对一线教师进行培训,提高一线体育教师对课标的执行力,各级教研员的作用尤为重要。教研员要根据相关要求制定合理培训机制和计划,要把深入推进体育课程改革、仔细研读《义务教育体育与健康课程标准》和提高课堂教学质量作为今后一个时期的重点工作来抓,为基础教育学校体育教学工作做出应有的贡献。 As the name suggests, physical education teachers and researchers also play an important role in physical education teaching and research. How to train the first-tier teachers against the curriculum standards and improve the implementation of the curriculum standards by front-line physical education teachers is particularly important. Teachers and researchers should formulate reasonable training mechanisms and plans according to the relevant requirements.
