【目的】探讨事件相关电位( ERP )失匹配负波成分(M M N )在脑损伤综合征( Brain damage syn‐drome ,BDS)婴儿脑功能评定中的作用。【方法】选取35例3~6个月的BDS婴儿作为脑损伤婴儿组,同时选取40例同年龄的正常婴儿作为对照组,在 oddball范式声音刺激下进行ERPM M N成分检查,采用成组 t检验比较脑损伤婴儿组和对照组的MMN成分的潜伏期和振幅,用直线相关分析方法比较MN成分的潜伏期、振幅与神经心理测量量表智能指数(MDI)的相关性。【结果】BDS婴儿组MMN成分潜伏期较对照组长,振幅较对照组小,MMN成分的潜伏期与智能指数(MDI)成负相关,MMN成分的振幅与智能指数(MDI)呈正相关。【结论】ERPM M N成分可以作为脑损伤婴儿皮层功能的评定方法。“,”[Objective] To explore the role of mismatch negativity (MMN) in event‐related potential in valuing brain function of infants with brain damage syndrome .[Methods] A total of 35 infants with brain damage syndrome aged from 3 to 6 months were recruited .And another 40 normal infants were selected as controls .Using oddball auditory stimulation ,the latency period and amplitude of MMN were examined .Using group t‐test ,the inter‐group changes of latency period and amplitude of MMN were compared .And correla‐tions were compared between the latency period and amplitude of MMN and mental index (MDI) .[Results]Compared with normal controls ,infants with brain damage showed delayed MMN latency and decreased MMN amplitude .Obvious negativity correlation existed between the latency period of MMN and MDI .And there was obvious positive correlation between the amplitude of MMN and MDI .[Conclusion]Monitoring the laten‐cy period of MMN allow evaluating brain function of infants with brain damage .
