目的建立复方赤术消结颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对复方赤术消结颗粒中的赤芍、黄芪、黄芩、莪术进行定性鉴别研究;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对芍药苷、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷进行定量研究。结果薄层色谱中各药斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。同时芍药苷在0.59~11.8μg、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷在0.02648~0.5296μg范围内均成良好的线性关系;相关系数分别为r=1.0000,r=0.9998;平均回收率值分别为100.18%、99.26%,RSD分别为3.13%,2.68%。结论建立的质量控制方法简便、准确可靠,可用于复方赤术消结颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Compound Tachang Xiajue Granules. Method TLC (TLC) was used to qualitatively identify Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Radix Astragali, Radix Scutellariae and Rhizoma Curcumae in Compound Tachang Xiajue Granules. The contents of paeoniflorin and calycosin glucoside were quantified by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) the study. Results TLC in each drug spots clear, negative control without interference. Meanwhile, paeoniflorin had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.59 ~ 11.8μg, calycosin glucoside in the range of 0.02648 ~ 0.5296μg; the correlation coefficients were respectively r = 1.0000, r = 0.9998; the average recoveries were 100.18%, 99.26% , RSD was 3.13% and 2.68% respectively. Conclusion The established quality control method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for quality control of compound Tachang Xiajue granules.
