相倚契约是美国著名心理学家罗伯特·斯莱文首先提出的,上世纪八九十年代美国已将这一方法成功运用到教育教学管理中。相倚契约是指在学生和教师之间,对特殊目标行为所达到的绩效,建立一个书面的行为合同。
Compassion was first proposed by the famous American psychologist Robert Sleven. In the 1980s and 1990s, the United States successfully applied this method to education and teaching management. Compromise refers to the establishment of a written behavior contract between students and teachers on the performance of specific target behaviors.
