我厂标准化室共有科技人员6名,隶属技术发展科领导。我室不仅具体负责航空辅机产品设计的标准化工作,还主管机床、量刃具、台钟,工装等民品标准化工作,全厂标准化工作的组织和协调也由我室统一归口。1980年我们主要做了以下工作。一,加强组织建设1.建立标准化组织网,在主要技术单位确定兼职标准化员7名,在设计所、工艺科确定标准化业务联系人3名,在机床办公室,工具科设专职标准化员各1名,业务上由标准化室指导。
There are 6 scientific and technical personnel in the standardization room of our factory, which is under the leadership of the Technology Development Section. Our room is not only responsible for the standardization of aviation auxiliary engine product design, but also supervises the standardization of civilian products such as machine tools, measuring tools, desk clocks, and tooling. The organization and coordination of the whole plant’s standardization work is also centralized by our department. In 1980 we mainly did the following work. First, strengthen organizational development. Established a standardization organization network, identified 7 part-time standardization staff in key technical units, 3 standardized business contacts in the design institute and technology department, 1 full-time standardization staff in the machine tool office and tools division, and business guidance from the standardization office .
