由于劳动过程中各种影响因素的多变性和劳动关系双方信息的不对称性,使得劳动契约具有不完全性。这意味着劳动契约在签订、执行过程中面临着双方的道德风险,劳动关系主体双方均有动力利用信息优势谋求自身福利最大化。本文对劳动关系双方主体的行为机制进行了探讨,并结合劳动力市场的现实状况,认为雇主的道德风险是造成当前劳动关系紧张的主要诱因。
Due to the variability of various factors in the labor process and the asymmetric information of the two parties, the labor contract is incomplete. This means that the labor contract faces the moral hazard of both parties during the signing and execution of the labor contract, and both parties in the labor relation have the motive to use information superiority to seek their own welfare. This article explores the behavioral mechanism of the main body of the labor relations, and combines the realities of the labor market, believing that the moral hazard of the employer is the main cause of the current labor relations tension.
