目的对沈阳市2006—2010年3种主要大气污染物(SO_2、NO_2、PM10)与总出生缺陷及前5顺位疾病进行统计分析,探讨各种大气污染物与出生缺陷各病种之间的关联。方法应用描述性研究方法,分地区和季节等分析3种大气污染物及总出生缺陷及前5顺位出生缺陷检出率;应用生态学研究方法,分析3种大气污染与出生缺陷及前5顺位的关联性。结果沈阳市2006—2010年3种大气污染物不同地区、季度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同地区总出生缺陷、先心病、总唇腭裂、外耳其他畸形检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同季度总出生缺陷、先心病、总唇腭裂、血管瘤检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);按总出生缺陷检出率地区别分组,3种大气污染物差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),季节别分组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Spearman相关分析发现PM10浓度与先天性心脏病及血管瘤具有相关性(r=0.810、0.714),NO_2与血管瘤也具有相关性(r=0.771)。结论沈阳地区3种大气污染物与总出生缺陷及前5顺位出生缺陷的发生在地区和季节间存在一定的相关性。

Spearman correlation analysis showed that PM10 concentration was associated with congenital heart disease and hemangiomas (r = 0.810, 0.714 ), NO 2 also had a correlation with hemangiomas (r = 0.771). Conclusion The occurrence of three kinds of air pollutants in Shenyang is related to the total birth defects and birth defects of the first 5 places in the region and season.
