目的:研究连翘籽的化学成分。方法:采用乙醇提取,硅胶柱色谱分离纯化,采用理化数据和光谱法鉴定化学成分的结构。结果:共分离得到了7个化合物,分别鉴定为β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(Ⅰ)、20(S)-达玛烷-24-烯-3β,20-二醇-3-乙酸酯(Ⅱ)、18-去甲基-5α,20ε-去氧胆酸,3β-20-二羟基-4,4,8,14-四甲基-γ-内酯,乙酸酯(Ⅲ)、20S,24S-环氧达玛烷-25-醇-3α-羟基乙酸酯(Ⅳ)、白桦酯酸(Ⅴ)、原儿茶酸(Ⅵ)、八氢-1H,5H-二吡咯[1,2-a:1′,2′-d]吡嗪(Ⅶ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅶ均为首次从连翘籽中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅶ为一种新的天然化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of forsythia. Methods: Ethanol extraction and silica gel column chromatography were used to separate and purify the constituents. The chemical constituents were identified by physical and chemical data and spectroscopy. Results: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as β-amygalactyl acetate (Ⅰ), 20 (S) -damasene-24-ene-3β, 20-diol-3-acetate (II), 18-desmethyl-5α, 20ε-deoxycholic acid, 3β-20-dihydroxy-4,4,8,14-tetramethyl- 20S, 24S-epoxamil-25-ol-3α-hydroxyacetate (IV), betulinic acid (V), protocatechuic acid (Ⅵ), octahydro-1H, 5H-dipyrrolo , 2-a: 1 ’, 2’-d] pyrazine (VII). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ ~ Ⅶ are isolated from Forsythia suspensa for the first time, and compound Ⅶ is a new natural compound.
