Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of different doses of propranolol in the treatment of infantile hemangiomas. Methods: From January 2012 to December 2016, according to the diagnostic criteria for hemangiomas, children aged 1 to 6 months were enrolled in this study. Patients were divided into treatment group 1 (1 mg / kg / d), treatment 2 Group 2mg / kg / d and treatment group 3mg / kg / d for clinical observation and treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 48.9% in treatment group 1, 71.1% in treatment group 2 and 77.8% in treatment group 3, and the effective rates in the three groups were statistically significant (P = 0.010). There was a statistically significant difference between treatment 1 and treatment 2 (P = 0.031), there was a significant difference between treatment 1 and treatment 3 (P = 0.004), and there was no significant difference between treatment 2 and treatment 3 Significance (P = 0.468). The incidence of adverse reactions in the three groups was statistically significant (P = 0.001). There was no significant difference between treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 (P = 0.071), and there was significant difference between treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 P = 0.000). There was a statistically significant difference between treatment 2 and treatment 3 (P = 0.031). Conclusion: Propranolol is safe and effective in the treatment of infantile hemangiomas. With the increase of dosage, the effective rate gradually increases and the rate of adverse reactions also increases. Two groups (2mg / kg / d) Infantile hemangiomas can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the case of the treatment effect.
