目的探讨个体化健康教育对2型糖尿病患者的作用及价值。方法选取本中心门诊2型糖尿病患者150例,在不改变原治疗方案的前提下,通过了解患者存在的问题,制定个体化健康教育处方。教育后三个月采用问卷调查法了解患者糖尿病知识掌握情况以及对门诊服务的满意度,评估个体化健康教育处方的作用。结果个体化健康教育3个月后患者糖尿病知识掌握情况显著优于教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。个体化健康教育3个月后患者空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖分别为(6.56±1.28)mmol/L和(9.03±1.92)mmol/L显著低于教育前(8.77±1.96)mmol/L的空腹血糖、(12.21±2.59)mmol/L的餐后2h血糖,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且患者总满意度高达94.67%。结论对2型糖尿病患者实施门诊个体化健康教育处方模式能有效提高患者糖尿病知识掌握情况,且患者对专科护士护理服务满意度较高,是提高健康教育质量的有力措施。
Objective To explore the effect and value of individualized health education on type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Select 150 outpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our center. Under the precondition of not changing the original treatment plan, we should formulate individualized health education prescription by understanding the existing problems of the patients. Three months after the education, questionnaires were used to understand the knowledge of patients with diabetes and their satisfaction with outpatient services, and to evaluate the effect of individualized health education prescriptions. Results Individualized health education three months after the knowledge of patients with diabetes was significantly better than before education, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After 3 months of individualized health education, the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose were (6.56 ± 1.28) mmol / L and (9.03 ± 1.92) mmol / L respectively, significantly lower than those before education (8.77 ± 1.96) mmol / L Fasting blood glucose, (12.21 ± 2.59) mmol / L 2h postprandial blood glucose, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). And total patient satisfaction as high as 94.67%. Conclusion It is an effective measure to improve the quality of health education in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus by implementing individualized health education prescription pattern of outpatients, which can effectively improve the patients’ knowledge of diabetes and their satisfaction with nursing services of specialist nurses.
