目的探讨气道支架置入术前CT三维气道成像的应用价值。方法 25例气道狭窄患者气道支架置入术前应用GE LightSpeed 64排VCT进行容积扫描,将所得的容积数据经0.625 mm重建后传至工作站,运用CT仿真内窥镜、多平面重建、容积再现对图像进行后处理重建,对成像结果进行分析、评估。结果 CT三维气道成像能够很好的显示气道狭窄的部位、程度及瘘口位置,并准确测量相关数据,指导DSA监视下气管支架置入准确性100%,无严重并发症发生。结论 CT三维气道成像为气管狭窄患者气管支架置入术前制定实施方案提供可靠依据,对支架准确置入有重要意义。
Objective To evaluate the value of three-dimensional computed tomography before airway stenting. Methods 25 cases of airway stenosis were treated with GE LightSpeed 64 VCT before airway stent implantation. The volume data was reconstructed by 0.625 mm and transmitted to the workstation. CT virtual endoscopy, multiplanar reconstruction, volume Reconstruction of the image post-processing reconstruction, the imaging results were analyzed and evaluated. Results CT three-dimensional airway imaging can show the location, degree and fistula position of airway stenosis well and accurately measure the related data. It can guide the accuracy of 100% placement of tracheal stent under DSA monitoring without serious complication. Conclusion CT three-dimensional airway imaging provides a reliable basis for the formulation of the tracheal stent implantation in patients with tracheal stenosis, which is of great significance for accurate placement of the stent.
